Episode 377 Simon Morin: "Going All In & Extending the Dream"

At 37 years old, Simon reflects on his progress and accomplishments in the ATV industry but makes it clear he’s far from finished. He’s planning to go all in over the next two to three years to see just how far he can push himself.

Looking at past champions who’ve won into their late forties, Simon believes there’s still plenty of opportunity to compete at a high level for years to come. With a newborn at home, however, he’s experiencing firsthand how age, recovery, and reduced sleep impact performance forcing him to train smarter, prepare better, and take even greater care of his body as he continues chasing his goals.
